《機動戰士鋼彈 SEED》是機動戰士鋼彈系列之一，MBS製作，TBS系於2002年至2003年度播映的機械科幻動畫，全50話。由日昇動畫第九工作室以「可以面向新世代，成為新標準的鋼彈」、「新世紀（21世紀）的初代鋼彈」、「回歸原點」為目標而製作的。本作曾獲得2004年東京國際動畫博覽會「年度最佳動畫賞」、「電視節目部門優秀作品賞」、「角色設計賞」等殊榮。

本作的續篇《機動戰士鋼彈 SEED DESTINY》於2004年播映，全50話，兩部TV動畫作品構成一個C.E.紀元系列作。
